- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion for fraud prevention, inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file claims regarding lost or stolen shipments.

- Clearance fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

Delivery Issues
