Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law, or the item is defective.
We do not guarantee cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, certain issues may qualify for review at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period:
- Orders may already be processing or fulfilled
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed
- We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for any reason
Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing or restocking fees.
30 - Day returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived severely damaged
- The item is defective upon arrival
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof must be provided, including photos/videos of the item and packaging
- The item must remain unused and in original condition
We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.
Non - Returnable Items

- Opened or used items

- Gift cards
- Digital products

Refund Eligibility

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Full name
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent refusal of service
- Submission of delivery confirmation and customer records to the payment processor
- Collection actions where permitted by law
Tracking confirmation and proof of shipment may be used as evidence against disputes.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:

- Failure to claim package
- Refused delivery
- Customs non-payment
we are not obligated to issue a refund.
Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
